Habit or Destroyer Happiness?

Imagine the following atmosphere! You come to a party held by your friends. His house has served a variety of foods that arouse, snacks, and some type of alcoholic beverage quality. 

All dishes are served looks tempting, especially alcoholic beverages which seems quite expensive and tempt you to try it. It seems that you also keep quality cigarettes do you enjoy doing in your pocket today. For those of you who love the show and this habit is certainly agree that this is the name of happiness. 

Indeed, not everyone is happy with an event like this, some people choose to stay at home alone, take a snack in the refrigerator, then watching television, accompanied by a bottle of alcohol, and a pack of cigarettes.

Amounted to 6.2% of deaths of men and 1.1% of women mortality associated with excessive alcohol consumption. Also there are quite a number of prominent deaths of teenagers aged 15 to 29 years of 320,000 people with the same cases annually. 

How to unhealthy food? According to the health department and community services in the United States there are 310,000 to 580,000 deaths due to the influence of unhealthy foods. The food is not healthy in the category is food containing saturated oils, sugar, and flavorings (sodium). 

Habits are very popular and have mushroomed throughout the world is smoking. The fact that terrible of a cigarette is often reported, for example in the whole world there are about 5,000 people who died because of smoking and 75 percent of those who died were male. There are about 1.7 million deaths due to heart disease and approximately 850,000 people suffer from lung cancer as the continuing impact of the complications of smoking.

Although the father had quit smoking for 6 months, but he resumed smoking and died in June 2012, due to the rupture of blood vessels due to high blood pressure. Of the adverse effects of smoking is not just a myth, it is a fact that you need to be aware! Immediately stop, if you are still abusing alcohol, eating food that is not healthy, and smoke! Before your life stops!
